Our Shipping Policy explains how the Masjid of Life processes, ships, and delivers physical products, including order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and how to contact us with shipping-related questions.
This Policy applies to physical products ordered through https://masjidoflife.org, including apparel, printed materials, and dietary supplements. It does not apply to digital downloads.
We currently accept shipments only to destinations offered during checkout. If checkout does not accept an address, contact us before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address
Any processing or delivery timeframe displayed on a product page or during checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Unless a different timeframe is disclosed, we expect to ship available merchandise within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days.
Carrier transit begins after an order ships and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Religious and educational materials express the research, principles, and positions presented by their identified author or publisher. They provide general education and discussion, not individualized legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made in reliance on website content.
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated as required. Customers are responsible for charges clearly disclosed before the order is submitted.
Items in one order may be fulfilled by different suppliers and arrive in separate packages. When that happens, additional shipping charges will not be imposed after checkout unless you expressly authorize them.
Contact imam@masjidoflife.org immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because an address was inaccurate, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, we may require payment of reasonable reshipping costs. Any refund will follow the Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
We will ship within the timeframe stated at purchase or, when no timeframe is stated, within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot do so, we will provide any notice, consent request, cancellation option, or prompt refund required by law.
If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be found, first check the delivery area, household members, and carrier information. Then contact the carrier and imam@masjidoflife.org. The Masjid of Life | https://masjidoflife.org Report visible shipping damage within 7 days after delivery and retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and photographs while the claim is reviewed.
International shipping is available only when expressly offered at checkout. The customer is responsible for disclosed duties, taxes, customs charges, import restrictions, and delays unless the checkout states otherwise.
