Our Digital Download Policy explains the terms for accessing, downloading, and using digital resources purchased or offered by the Masjid of Life, including eBooks, guides, and other downloadable materials.
This Policy applies to paid and free digital books, position papers, samples, and other downloadable resources distributed through https://masjidoflife.org.
Paid digital products are ordinarily made available after payment is successfully authorized. A download may appear on the order-confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Free resources are ordinarily delivered after the required request form or checkout process is completed.
Provide an accurate email address, maintain access to that account, check spam or junk folders, and download the file to a secure device. You are responsible for ensuring that your device can open the file format identified on the product page, commonly PDF.
If a download email does not arrive, a link does not work, or a file appears corrupted, contact imam@masjidoflife.org with your name, order number or request email, and the product title. We will verify the order or request and provide reasonable technical assistance or a replacement link.
Download links may contain security controls, expiration periods, or download limits. Save a personal copy promptly. We may restore access for a verified purchaser when reasonably possible, but we cannot promise permanent hosting or indefinite access to every file.
Unless a product page or written license states otherwise, each download is licensed to one purchaser or recipient for personal, noncommercial use. You may store reasonable personal backup copies and use the material on your own devices. You may not post the file publicly, share the download link, mass reproduce it, distribute copies, resell it, or use it commercially without written permission. Applicable fair-use and other nonwaivable legal rights are not restricted.
A purchase does not automatically include future revisions, new editions, translations, audio editions, or other formats unless the product description expressly says they are included.
