Our Refund and Return Policy explains the terms for requesting refunds, returns, and order cancellations for purchases made through the Masjid of Life website, helping ensure a clear and fair experience for every customer.
This Policy explains when The Masjid of Life accepts returns and issues refunds for digital products, apparel, dietary supplements, and other physical products purchased through https://masjidoflife.org. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this Policy.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, completed digital-download purchases are generally final and nonreturnable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.
Contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once for the same item, received the wrong file, or cannot access a file because of a technical problem. We will first attempt to correct the delivery or provide a working file. If we cannot correct a qualifying problem, we will issue an appropriate
refund.
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original tags and packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
For health and safety reasons, dietary supplements may be returned within 30 days after delivery only when unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Opened products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, contaminated, or incorrect, or unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Inspect physical products promptly. Contact imam@masjidoflife.org within 7 days after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when reasonably possible. If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return-shipping cost.
Before mailing a return, contact imam@masjidoflife.org with your name, order number, the item, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item until return instructions are provided. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused. Approved return merchandise should be sent using trackable shipping. Unless the return concerns our error or an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs.
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control when a credit appears. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was unshipped, damaged, defective, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise.
To request cancellation, contact imam@masjidoflife.org as soon as possible. We will attempt to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation choice, or refund required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. When a return is approved, the fastest method may be to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement.
