These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Masjid of Life website, purchasing products, accessing free resources, and engaging with our content and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://masjidoflife.org and purchases from The Masjid of Life. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

Physical-product orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Digital products are governed by our Digital Download Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.
Supplement information is provided for general informational purposes. Supplements are not substitutes for professional medical care. Review the Supplement and Health Disclaimer and the complete product label before purchase or use.
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms.

For a claim relating to a purchase, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding that may lawfully be limited to a particular venue shall be brought in a state or federal court serving Essex County, New Jersey. Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us so the matter can be addressed directly. Nothing in these Terms removes any nonwaivable consumer right.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively.
